Who is eligible to make referrals?

To participate in the Orders.co Referral Partner Program, you must be:

  • Located in the US
  • Of 18 years or older
  • Active US bank account

Are there any restrictions on receiving the Orders.co referral bonus?

  • Not owned or operated by you
  • Located in the US
  • Signs up for Orders.co within 30 days of your referral submission
  • Completes the free trial and processes 1st month’s payment

Is there a limit to how many referrals I can have?

There is no limit on the number of active referrals you can have completed or open.

Are multiple locations of the same store considered separate referrals?

Multiple locations of the same brand/business are only considered separate referrals if they are owned or operated by different entities. Two franchises of the same brand, owned by different people, would be considered separate referrals.

How and when will I receive payment?

Once your referral has completed their 30-day trial and processed 1st month’s payment, based on your selection, your referral reward will be directly deposited into the bank account you set up in the referral partner portal or a prepaid gift card will be mailed to the address listed under your account.

Where can I view the status of my referrals?

The status of ongoing referrals can be viewed in the “Referrals” tab of the Orders.co Referral Partner Dashboard.

My referral wants to sign up directly but needs help. Where can I direct them?

If a referral wishes to submit their information on their own, send them your custom referral URL. To find this, log in to the Orders.co Referral Partner Dashboard and look under “Affiliate URLs”. You’ll find a link that will direct your referral to a submission form that will credit you for their sign-up.

Why are my referrals being rejected?

Referrals may be marked as rejected for any of the following reasons:

  • Referral is unreachable or unresponsive
  • Referral is uninterested
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Cancellation of service before 1st month’s payment

Why has my referral account been deactivated?

Orders.co reserves the right to deactivate any referral account. Some examples of deactivation include, but are not limited to:

  • Submission of referrals deemed exploitative
  • Any referrals unaware of their information being submitted
  • Lack of referrals submitted over an extended period
  • Requested deactivation
  • Inappropriate behavior or conduct reported by potential referrals
  • Any behavior deemed “Scamming” will result in account deactivation.
